New year, new exec, new events to bring la France to you !

Salut tous les francophones et francophiles,

Last year was an incredible year for FrenchSoc as it got bigger and better, taking Sydney Uni by storm. We had 2 wine and cheese nights, 80+ conversation groups, french café rendez-vous', the Alliance Française french film festival, an inter-university French trivia night, an end-of-sem "tournée des bars-tour de Sydney", 6 film sessions on campus, inter- and intra-society events, cheap crêpe and coffee combo at Azzuri, a successful crêpe day and welcome picnic, french food, french drink and much, much more!

You think that's good ? Well this year's executive committee is planning to shake things up un petit peu plus ! With more events in the works, watch this space as we release more info.

Our society is dedicated to bringing the University of Sydney community a variety of cultural, educational and purely social events throughout the year to encourage people to fall in love, and stay in love with everything that is French. But we're not just talking about your stereotypical French icons (as much as we love them). Instead, we will try to expose you to different views of what it means to be French. Trust us when we say that you'll fall in love with la France et le francais even more.
